I took a few days off Instagram to make dough. Yeah… I found a cooking that explained a lot about making yeast and sour dough. This totally took my attention and I have been baking every day. Pizza, bread, rolls, BBQ Foccacia, BBQ rolls, BBQ garlic bread…

There is an awful lot of BBQ stuff, that is because our stove broke and we had to adapt… I made all kinds of dough and wanted to see if there is really a big difference between 24h matured dough and 5 day matured dough… tomorrow I will find out…
I just love to prepare yeast dough. A dough that has been kneaded really good has such a nice soft touch and smooth surface and smells delicious 😆 Just love to work with my hands.
Anyway, the broken stove did not make it any easier to learn this, but in a week or so we will have anew one.

Ninja and the dogs are happy with the weather, they are constantly running in and out and in and out and in and out and in and… „nevermind I’ll stay inside… or not? Hmh, let me out“ 😆

I stay inside a lot atm, this year I suffer from hay fever as there are tons of pollen outside. I do not know how to describe it, but imagine that the corners of your mouth itch badly. Also the palate, throat, eyes, the inside of your ears and that your nose is running faster than Ursain Bolt.
The good news is that in a few days everything will be good again. Then I will probably starting to get bored of dough as well and can totally focus on IG again. Right now I just want to run out to put those rolls on the BBQ 😆

I mean its really amazing that I can focus on any topic and make huge progress, but other stuff suffers a little. Sorry.

BTW, I took this picture in bright daylight in the forest. I used a very aperture and put Ninja in the sunray. The surrounding shadows made everything appear black. That is what I like on this picture…
