Yesterday I was before court ⚠️

2 years ago Ninja ran over the dam at the riverside towards 2 riders on horses. One of the riders got spooked of Ninja and tried to gallop away, fell down and hurt herself badly.

I was brought before court. Their first idea was, because I am disabled, poor and can`t work that I should accept to pay, because it would not matter if I had debts or not. For real 😕

All this is constantly in my head for 2 years now and paralyses me from time to time. If you wondered why we had a „break“ and I lack activity from time to time, this is the reason. I can`t think of anything else then.

Yesterday we had 2 witnesses state their observations. While one witness (of the opposing party) pretty much confirmed my statements, did not interpret things and was very objective, the other witness said, „there was a dog looking like a wolf trying to bite the horse in the hind leg and throat, was snarling and howling while doing so…“

What can I say? I am shocked! Did Ninja run towards the horses, yes? Did Ninja run after the horses, yes… but not aggressively, he was curious. He is literally the kindest soul I have seen. You all know Ninja from the videos, how he behaves with kids, old people, dogs, other animals… everyone is fascinated by his kind soul.

What makes all this worse, is that the rider will get her money either way from the insurance (👈), so there is no need to do a false statement before court.
You know, if a horse „panics, fears for its life“ it would never stop 50m further, next to the dog it is mortally afraid of. Horses are escape animals In panic they run until they feel safe, for miles when. Also, the second horse walked towards Ninja and stopped next to him when I picked him up. Is that behavior of a horse in “mortal fear”?

2 years ago, the rider said to me „I did not see anything!“ and now she states this… I should have called the police right away so this would have been on record.

If You want to help me, I am not a horse expert, do you have scientific papers that explain what happens to a horse in panic? How likely is it that the horse just stops right away? Next to the animal it is afraid of?
