Yesterday we took a long hike. I had some spots where I wanted to make shots of Ninja, to show something different.
I live at a secluded edge of the Mainz city forest. Spending 3-5 hours a day in the forest, I know nearly everybody who gets lost here. We met a person with a camera and ended up talking for over an hour. Turns out, he is a fellow photographer 🙂
With a little delay, I decided to cut the way to the orchard and we continued directly to Mainz (Mayence). I was looking for an underway, with 200m walls full of #graffiti on each side on two levels…
What a disappointment… Of all these amazing pieces of art, only two remained… the other Graffiti had been overpainted with logos… there were no bright, vivid colors that could have been used as blurred background…
One of the remaining graffiti was inside the darkest part of the underway and difficult to shoot without additional light and there was only the other one as seen here.
I regret that I did not have a 35mm, because I was unable to show more of the beautiful work of art.
Ninja is in a great mood… I find myself chuckling when I see his happyface 😀
After almost 7 hours we returned home and I gave Ninja a big reward… 1.8kg chicken. He did not manage to eat it all and brought parts inside, to hide them in his bed 😀 Haha, Yay!
